Responsible Wealth Management in numbers

Delen Private Bank applies its sustainability process to the totality of each portfolio, for all clients. It involves a total of 33 billion euros being invested in a sustainable manner. That is a considerable lever !

Three pillars

The policy is based on three pillars: engagement, integration and exclusion. We measure progress on the basis of concrete key indicators.

Engagement

We enter into dialogue with companies on the road to sustainable entrepreneurship, via our partner Hermes EOS.

Active dialogue with 70% of the companies in which Cadelam’s in-house funds invest.

Integration

We integrate non-financial parameters (ecology, social responsibility and good governance or ESG) into the decision-making process.

The (weighted) average ESG risk score is low.

Exclusion

We do not invest in companies with activities or with a culture that do not match our values.

A+ score

Delen Private Bank and Cadelam, fund manager within Delen Group, endorse the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI), the United Nations’ framework that strives for a more sustainable global financial system.

Two times in a row, in 2019 and 2020, we received the maximum score of A+ from the UN PRI for the module “strategy and policy”. This score reflects a fundamental review of the entire responsible investment policy.

Sustainable Development Goals

Sustainable Development Goals (or SDG's) drive our sustainable policy. These are drawn up by the United Nations to protect the planet and to improve prosperity. We can generate a true substantial impact for four SDGs in particular.
